3. The E365 contest is open to all current SFI affiliates. Maximum one contest entry per affiliate.
4. Participation in E365 is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

6. All VersaPoints are awarded based on the official SFI time/date as displayed in the header at the SFI Affiliate Center (www.sfimg.com).
7. A maximum of 4,000 VP will be allowed from personal purchases and direct sales during rounds 1-5 and a maximum grand total of 40,000 VP for the 1-year contest period.
8. All prizes are awarded at the end of each round and are nontransferable.
9. Finalists may win a maximum of one prize (cash or non-cash prize) in any seven-day period and a total of no more than $500 cash and 20 non-cash prizes. E365 Champions participating in Finalists Drawings may win unlimited cash and prizes.
10. Winners of each round and all prizes won are posted daily online (after midnight CT) at this Webpage (see LEADERBOARD tab for winner names, see DRAWINGS tabs for prizes awarded).
11. SFI reserves the right to use prizewinners' names and hometowns in any advertising or promotional materials relating to this E365 contest without further notification, permission, or compensation to the winners, except where prohibited by law.
12. SFI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or the Website; to be in violation of the SFI Affiliate Agreement; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; to be acting in a unethical or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, as determined by SFI at its sole discretion.
13. Any use of cartel, robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like methods to accumulate contest points will void the affiliate's contest entry and will result in suspension or termination of SFI affiliateship.
14. If for any reason the E365 contest is not capable of being conducted as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of SFI, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, SFI reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest as is necessary.
